Delivered by a Certified Profit Streams Designer, the Profitable Pricing Workshop is a one-day, expert analysis of your pricing model that generates a clear set of steps you can take to increase your profits.

How does it work?

The workshop is a focused, intense day of interactive sessions. You and your team will: 

• We'll work with you to create a Customer Benefit Analysis that models the tangible and intangible benefits of your solution through a highly focused exploration of your solution's key benefits. 
• Next, we'll create a Solution Benefit Map that maps features to benefits.
• We will then snapshot your existing Pricing Model choices by deconstructing Price Strategy, Structure, Specifics, and Policies so that you know the specific changes you're making to improve your Pricing Model.
• We will help guide you in identifying the most significant opportunities to improve pricing and packaging.
• We will help you develop a plan to implement your improvements.
  
  

What happens before and after the workshop?

Before the workshop, we'll schedule a one hour meeting with you to gain an overview of your solution.  

After the workshop, we will continue to work with you to ensure your success:

• We will schedule two 1-hour follow-up coaching sessions to refine your pricing and licensing choices.
• Every attendee will receive:
  • A copy of Software Profit Streams^TM
  • A one-year license to the Horizon platform, which includes the Profitable Software Community and the Horizon AI-powered Profit Streams Assistant.
