What is the Profit Streams™ Growth Pricing Workshop?

The Growth Pricing Workshop is a collaborative learning and working session for teams that provides the knowledge needed to use the Profit Streams^TM Pricing Model to improve pricing, packaging, and customer ROI models to fuel your growth.

How does it work?

The workshop is four sessions, each four hours long. Each interactive session guides your team in exploring and developing core elements of pricing and packaging. You will: 

• Complete a Customer Benefit Analysis to model the tangible and intangible benefits of your solution.
• Snapshot your existing Pricing Model choices by deconstructing Price Strategy, Structure, Specifics, and Policies so that you know the specific changes you're making to improve your Pricing Model.
• Understand how to construct a Customer ROI Model, including Total Cost of Ownership.
• Identify the most significant opportunities to improve pricing and packaging.
• Develop a plan to implement your improvements.
  
  

What will I get from participating?

This is a true working session with access to experts to help guide you during and after the workshop. During the session, you will create:

• Customer Benefit Analysis to identify tangible and intangible benefits.
• New pricing based on Pricing Strategy, Structure, Specifics, and Policies.
• A comprehensive plan for creating a Customer ROI Model.
• An understanding of how to communicate new prices, manage existing accounts, and adopt a continuous approach to sustainable pricing.

What happens before and after the workshop?

Before the workshop, we'll schedule a one hour meeting with you to gain an overview of your solution.  

After the workshop, we will continue to work with you to ensure your success:

• We will schedule two 1-hour follow-up coaching sessions to refine your pricing and licensing choices.
• Every attendee will receive:
  • A copy of Software Profit Streams^TM
  • A one-year membership in the Profitable Software Community.
  • A one-year license to the Horizon platform, which includes the Profitable Software Community and the Horizon AI-powered Profit Streams Assistant.
