Using a dynamic case study format inspired by the world's leading business schools, this one-day course course covers the following topics through a combination of interactive sessions, collaborative exercises, and conversations with your other participants:

  • Customer Benefit Analysis to model the tangible and intangible benefits of your solution.
  • Value Exchange Modeling so that you can select the optimal foundational elements of your business model. 
  • Solution Modeling so that you can design segment-specific packages. 
  • Pricing Model including Strategy, Structure, Specifics, and Policies, so that you know the specific changes you're making to improve your Pricing Model.
