Communicate Pricing Changes.


When changing pricing, communication with both internal and external stakeholders is essential.
  • Communicating with customers allows them to adjust their budgets and creates an opportunity to increase sales as part of a larger deal.
An effective communication plan includes an overview of the existing pricing, the rationale for the change, the updated pricing, benefits, and timelines as well as any actions the customer might need to take, or options the customer may consider.
